At Siam Clinic, we proudly welcome international patients from around the world seeking premium wellness and aesthetic care in Thailand. To help our guests arrive smoothly and confidently, we’ve prepared this complete guide to the new Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC)—the official pre-arrival form required for all foreign travelers starting May 1, 2025.
Whether you’re visiting for relaxation, rejuvenation, or medical tourism, make sure you’re ready with the TDAC.
🛬 What Is the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC)?
The TDAC is a digital pre-arrival form that replaces the outdated TM6 paper entry card. All non-Thai citizens entering Thailand—whether by air, land, or sea—must submit this form before their arrival.
It helps streamline the immigration process and includes a brief health declaration to ensure safety for both visitors and locals.
After submitting, you will receive a digital confirmation that must be presented at immigration.
📅 When Does TDAC Start?
The TDAC system is mandatory for all arrivals from May 1, 2025, onward. If you are planning to enter Thailand on or after this date, completing the TDAC is essential to avoid delays or denied entry.
👤 Who Needs to Fill Out the TDAC?
If you’re a non-Thai national, you must complete the TDAC. This includes:
- Tourists
- Long-stay travelers
- Business visitors
- Medical tourists
- Short trips and repeat visitors
Each person must submit a separate form, although group registration is possible for families.
✅ A new TDAC is required every time you enter Thailand.
🔗 Where to Register (Official Site)
You can now register online at the official Thai Immigration portal:
This is the only authorized site to complete your TDAC. Instructions are available in English, Chinese, Korean, Russian, and Japanese.
🕒 You can register up to 72 hours before your arrival, or on the same day.
